The property is access through a secure system for holiday users and owners only. A one way system leads to the communal parking area, gardens and a path continues to to the lodge itself.
The glades is a purpose built holiday restricted site and must be used for those purposes. All Glade owners have full access to on-site facilities, which include heated pool with waterslide, nature trail, adventure play, mini supermarket, bar and restaurant. Occupation of the lodge is permitted for 12 months of the year, on a 40 year leasehold tenure with 27 years remaining. Maintenance and pitch fees apply.
